Privacy Policy

We process your email address, optional profile details, authentication records, and messages you send to support. This data is used to operate your account, secure access, and respond to requests.

We retain the order identifiers, product, amount, status, and customer details needed to reconcile purchases and renewals. Crypto payment processing is handled by the payment provider, which may process additional transaction data under its own policy.

License verification processes the key, licensed origin, installation identifiers, version information, and verification outcome needed to enforce the entitlement, diagnose failures, and detect copied installations. Verification logs are retained according to the operational retention policy.

A Self-Host license check does not proxy viewer traffic or media through Pornographer.io. For managed cloud customers, we necessarily process hosted application data and operational telemetry to run, secure, back up, and support that deployment.

Data is shared only with service providers needed for authentication, hosting, payment processing, email, security, and support. We use access controls and server-side secrets to limit exposure, but no online service can promise absolute security.
